Terms and conditions regarding your order
All orders are considered final, including (but not limited to) the automatic renewal of your subscriptions. We don’t offer a free trial, test, or free refund period.
Refunds will only be issued in very particular situations (never because of a change in the scope of your project, expectations about non-advertised features, or 3rd party plugins or themes incompatibility), upon our decision and the payment gateway commission costs will be deducted from refunds. We will not refund automatic renewals processed via PayPal, Stripe (credit card), or any other payment method. You can manage your subscription renewal settings in your account.
You can cancel your subscription at any time in your customer area. You’ll have access to updates and technical support until the end of the already paid period but no renewal will be processed after the expiration date.
The EU guarantee to return any good or service within 14 days does not apply if the software is downloaded and/or activated on any domain, because it will be considered to have been examined or used. Because the software link is provided via email immediately after the payment, we will assume it has been downloaded.
We’ll do everything in our reach to help you use our plugins, including fixing any bugs, but we do not provide support and can not be held responsible for, and not limited to:
- Compatibility with 3rd party plugins or themes;
- Non-advertised or experimental features;
- Usage of developer hooks (including the ones on our plugins);
- Any custom code or customizations (in place or to be developed);
- Legacy WordPress, 3rd party plugins or themes, PHP, and any other software versions;
- Server limitations, misconfiguration, or performance issues;
- Financial loss or legal issues due to bugs;
- InvoiceXpress specific exemptions:
- Legal/fiscal changes (for example the new VAT for e-commerce rules in the EU from July 2021);
- Elaborate (including B2B VAT exemptions in Europe) taxes configurations;
- WooCommerce-specific tax configurations;
- Changes on the InvoiceXpress account, domain, or any other changes that require a plugin reconfiguration;
When buying any plugin, you may request the optional “Remote initial setup” via Anydesk.
Support must be requested using the form available next to your original order, in your account, and not by direct email or by phone. We will call if we consider it necessary, but if you request phone, email, or remote access support yourself, costs will apply. You can buy support hours here.
We do our best to reply to all support requests within 2 business days, from 9 AM to 5 PM (Lisbon time), but it might not be possible. We do take weekends and holidays occasionally 😉
Buying and using any of our plugins does not constitute any obligation on our end for it to comply with any legal or financial regulation that you’re obliged to meet. In particular, you remain completely and solely liable for your compliance with all tax laws and regulations at all times, including research into what you must comply with. Installing any version of our plugins does not absolve you of any legal liabilities, or transfer any liabilities of any kind to us, and we provide no guarantee that use of them will cover everything that your store needs to be able to do.
The license is normally not transferable, but if you activated it on a development/staging domain and need to move it to a production domain you can request a change, but you need to remove the license key from the current development website first, on the plugin settings screen.
We reserve the right to deny the domain change if there are several requests for the same key or any other reason that denotes an incorrect or suspicious usage of the license.
To use the same license on a development/staging and a production website at the same time, we recommend you buy a “Dual” license.
