Take control of orders waiting for manual payment confirmation
By default, WooCommerce can only automatically cancel Pending orders. This plugin allows you to cancel “On-hold” orders as well, after a customizable number of hours.
Set the number of hours an “On-hold” order should be kept before being cancelled automatically
Choose if orders should be cancelled if WooCommerce is managing stock or independently of that setting
Orders using offline payment methods, like Bank Transfer, are not automatically cancelled by WooCommerce with the “Hold stock” functionality. This means they’ll stay on the “On-hold” status forever, unless the shop owner cancels them manually, making stock reserved and unavailable for other shoppers.
Easy to set up
Set the length of time “On-hold” orders should be kept and then automatically cancelled, decide if the cancellation only occurs if WooCommerce is managing stock, and allow ordering again from the order details page in “My Account”.

There’s a customizable email notification for “On-hold” orders that are automatically cancelled by this plugin.
You can add specific content for orders belonging to a registered user, including a link to the order details page on “My Account”, and eventually order again.
